The location proved convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff members were friendly and helpful, offering prompt assistance with any inquiries. Breakfast was a good experience (i loved the fresh pastries!) and offered a wide variety of options. I enjoyed the overall atmosphere.
My room faced a busy street. The noise levels were high, especially during peak traffic hours. i found it hard to relax. I wish i had known this beforehand.

the staff showed excellent service, being helpful and friendly. breakfast included lovely fresh ingredients and tasted great. customer service at both reception and in the restaurant was great.
the decor seems worn. the stair carpets looked threadbare, and the decor was to have flaking paint. also, the shower offered a simple choice between too hot and too cold, with little middle ground.

The location was quite good for local shops. the room was spacious with fresh bedding. onsite parking exists just behind the hotel. Its a plus. staff were very friendly and polite .
my room was high up, i used stairs. breakfast lacked fresh fruit, everything was from a machine. only one bacon came with the cooked breakfast. eggs were clearly an issue.

decent stay, some issues noticed.
street noisehard bed
the room was quite warm, i had to open a window. the noise from the street below made it hard to sleep. the curtains did not block out enough light from a streetlight outside, so the room remained bright all night. i also found the bed to be too firm for my liking.
